We are about to witness Davis wade being 50% full. We can’t even compete with the MAC at home. Showtime my arse!

I saw several transfers from power 5 schools on the depth chart for Toledo.

State is bad but Toledo is good.

State appears to be a very bad football team

I’m no expert but I agree with this assessment

Outside of the cowbells I actually like State and their fans.

Woah that definitely justifies an SEC team getting humiliated at home by them. They had power 5 players on their roster!

It doesn't justify how bad they lost yesterday but they aren't your typical cupcake either.

Interesting side story on Toledo. Their QB Tucker Gleason signed with Tech out of high school the same year Jeff Sims did. Sims was a late commit due to FSU dropping him and Geoff Collins stupidly promising him the job. Prior to that everyone assumed Gleason would be "the guy" at QB for Tech.

Gleason transferred to Toledo after his freshman year while Sims ended up being a total bust along with dipshit Geoff Collins. Happy that Gleason is having success at Toledo after getting screwed over at Tech.

I know a guy who was available and already historically successful at State…

After years of having rosters with lineman and db’s that went on to NFL, we have no one on our roster that is a special talent. Aside from a couple of talented wide receivers, our roster is void of any noteworthy players on the lines where the games are won and lost. Shapen can throw the ball, but with a nonexistent line to block and lack of running game, the end result is exactly what you see. I don’t know how you can recruit when the product is so bad on the field. This will not be a quick fix.
