How many times is this discussed? We haven't had our best player all season. And since when does 1 season define a program. I guess since winning at anything other than football isn't a priority for Bama,you take what you can get.

Football is KING at Bama, period.
Although, I'd love for us to be more competitive in the other men's sports. Makes the off season for football pass much faster when you can get excited about Bama basketball/baseball.
Our softball team usually rocks! At least we can watch the Bama Girlz in softball.

I am not comparing Bama 's 14 NCs in football to Arkansas' 1. Saban 5-0 v Arky. Saban > Nolan Richardson.

The argument is over the definition of 'close' now. If you say Bama is close to Arkansas in basketball, then you also have to say we're close to Bama in football.
