That may have played a role, but it seems they had a DB coach that sold him big time. Idk who it was, but he closed the deal. I know that we wanted him bad.. but we came up short.
He is a stud. Hopefully we stay away from him..

I think Card is gonna see a stacked box all night…hope those 24 career attempts have prepared him to win the game with mediocre

We also signed two of his Mansfield teammates so that helped. One has since transferred to North Texas though.

Not going to bother researching but it would be tough to find a more experienced defense than ours, we returned 10 starters and have several 6th year seniors.

I agree that y’all will stack the box early and dare Card to beat you.. Some of our WR’s are better than mediocre..
Whittington is really good when healthy
Moore gets lost sometimes in man to man.. but he will eat your zone alive
Worthy is the freshman wildcard.. guy can blaze and I expect he will get a lot of looks this weekend.
With y’all in a 3 high safety look, I expect we will run a lot of 2 TE sets.. possibly 2 RB and 2 TE sets.. can go 5 wide or goaline with that formation.. Sark will obviously use a lot of motion to help determine the coverage and get some easy throws.
It’s going to be a fun game.

He's an absolute stud. Will be fun to watch on Saturday - nice to get this game back on.

Don’t bother doing the research, I have it here for you. Louisiana returned EVERY STARTER from a defense that finished #2 nationally in pass efficiency defense.
Basically, Card ripped up a very good and disciplined defense
