Just curious, how long has Les' "team vote" policy been in place when it comes to disciplining individual players? I haven't seen this from him yet. It just seems like Les is giving up himself.

What he meant when he said you guys were mad that he ran for 100 is that your fans know he is a threat and don't want him playing for next yrs game... has nothing to do with the outcome of the game he ran for 100 in.
