The * means nothing. Every college basketball coach at a major program has broken the rules. Nobody can convince me Coach K played by the rules. Whatever it takes to win, that's what you do. Cal will take Arkansas to the F4 before that goofball at UK will. BTW, it's a glorious day here in Kentucky. Tennessee dominated them last night. Score should've been worse.

You're right, it doesn't mean anything. All the top coaches broke the rules.
Keep your expectations for Cal low. We know him far better than you. Our final four teams had a tremendous amount of talent. He certainly won't get you there with coaching. Your last coach is better than this one.

Cal lost games in the tournament because he had a bunch of 19 year olds going against of 21 year old men that had more experience playing together. Every year he had to rebuild his roster, and recruited well. Wasn't his fault they opted out for the riches of the NBA. UK fans need to stop wanting coaches fired after losing 1 game, and realize, there are good teams outside Lexington. The problem is the money people at Kentucky are stuck in 1978, and have to come to the conclusion that there is basketball outside the state. Look at Indiana. They are a prime example. Teams across the country are getting better and better.

It is best not to trash talk to opposing fans about a coach that has been to that school for over a decade who know the strengths and weaknesses of said coach.
Reminds me when Nutt left for Ole Miss and they were talking trash to Arkansas fans on how a stupid of decision to let him leave. We kept telling them on how it was going to end but they ignored the warnings and they ended up with buyers remorse.
Hopefully Cal can change the narrative that he isn't the same coach at Kentucky.
