Gundy is a natural fit with Oklahoma State. He’s an Okie. He played there. Has cut his teeth there. He clicks with the fan base.
He wouldn’t be Gundy anywhere else. He’s an OSU lifer. People can knock him all they want for choking against OU but he has given stability to a program that has no business being as consistent as they are given their resources and location sandwiched between two blue bloods.
Honestly OK State is a true winner in realignment. They can dominate a new Big12 if they play their cards right. A NY6 mainstay.
