I really hate it when people blame losses on refs. Yes, officiating sometimes doesn't help. But refs make mistakes, even the ref who missed the pass interference call. Do we really know the Saints would have definitely scored?
Point is teams should never blame refs. We suck this year, plain and simple.

LSU played their worst game of the year for 37 minutes last night. Be thankful for that. We outscored you by 20 over 7 minutes when we decided we needed to play for real.

I thought it was a good call. You can’t grab a guy and throw him to the ground when going for a rebound.
Bottom line is you never should have found yourselves in a position of needing the referees to “swallow their whistles”. LSU played their worst game of the year for 37 minutes and 46 seconds. You were fortunate.
Will Wade showed why he’s a mastermind. His adjustments and our teams mental toughness were just too much.

If you watch the replay the LSU player is set in spot for the rebound and jumps up to get and the Mizzu players jumps under him, right call.
