......and assuming he calls the plays against Oklahoma.

I thought play calling against UGA was poor to say the least. Tua struggled from the get-go, and the running game was moving the ball. You could tell that Tua was injured early in that game. But instead of pounding the ball with the RBs, Locksley kept putting the game on Tua's shoulders. Bama's best drive in the first half was a five play 75 yard TD producer, that was all running backs.

One way of beating Kyler Murray, is to let him watch the game from the sidelines. Army was able to do that, and I think Bama can as well.

I agree Bump but I’m afraid Tua has spoiled Locksley with the home run deep balls and he’s addicted to them like a fiend an he will call those plays no matter if they’re working or not. I hope we run the ball 55 to 60% of plays in Miami. UGA ran for 14 yards a carry last year on OU.

Honestly I think offense is the least of Bama's worries in this game looking at Oklahoma's baby shite soft D. You should be able to run qb sneaks for 10 a pop. Only thing you really need to worry about is letting Murray do his thing and it turn into a shoot out

While I tend to agree on running the ball Especially inside the 10 yd line....all to blame is not on Locks. Tua wants the homerun as much as anybody else. Several times throughout the night against UGA, Tua didn't check down. Numerous times the RB was the outlet standing around with no one in 10 yards of them. Take what the defense gives you and check to the underneath outlet.

AJ McCarron got a spanking on the sideline against MSU for not doing this very thing.
