We brought in Odom last year when he was one of the hottest DC's in CFB. We weren't even sure if we were going to keep him for more than a year assuming he was going to get hired away as a head coach somewhere else.
He is a good coach who happened to be here when Pinkel retired. I'm sorry you guys don't have any good coaches on your staff to promote within.

Id hire rich rod....but he's fraid of dem defenses.
Muschamp isn't a bad hire, but the guy needs to nut up and hire a young up and Comer oc. Being a defensive guy should make you very aware of the offensive side of the ball...but I'm not sure Muschamp can. I think he is a bit...dumb.
