This doesn’t mean anything in regards to their talent level.
I couldn’t name a single receiver in the PAC 12 outside of USC, but I’m sure some of them are really good players.

He's creating false arguments.
The position talent ranking had us 6th in the country at WR.
I've claimed that this is the most talented receiving room at UGA in my recollection.
But he likes to make shitty posts... so

They (UGA) have a very favorable schedule. They do have pieces to fill- but if they don't at least win the East, something went terribly wrong....
