LSU has two All-Americans at DB. Who are the All-Americans at WR for Bama?
I mean, if we're just making things up, then I'd say Jeudy, Ruggs, Smith, Waddle, and TE Smith

It will be an undefeated LSU vs a one loss Bama.

Interesting take. I certainly like LSU's chances against UGA more than I did this time last month, no doubt. I am fine with you picking LSU they are a good team. But picking Bama to lose before the LSU game has me confounded. Arky, really? Mizzou, say what? UT, ok now I know you are just trolling carry on.

This. Also LSU had two fumbles inside Ole Miss' 15 yard line. This score could have been worse for Ole Miss.

Thanks for your thoughts on the LSU-Bama game.

My thoughts on Miss State are...I never think of them

2018 Bama is a better team than 2018 LSU and should win. Especially with a great coach who has an extra week to prepare.

That said, Virginia Tech is much better than Old Dominion, Texas is better than Maryland, etc.

Let’s play the game, have fun before, and may the best team beat themselves.

If we're going to throw out IFs and uncharacteristic actins, then you have to throw out 17 penalties and 5 first half WR drops by Ole Miss, which also changes the complexion of the game greatly.

Difference being, Ole Miss leads the SEC in penalties and did going into the game. They are an undisciplined football team. LSU, conversely, only had 1 turnover on the season going into the game, which is why I said that was uncharacteristic of LSU. I also don't recall 5 drops by the Ole Miss receivers

I'll get downvoted for this but frankly I think LSU's best shot at the playoffs would run the table but lose Bama. Let Bama play (and win in this scenario) Georgia in the SEC championship and we go into the offseason as a one loss team. Georgia is the real deal. Would rather have LSU be able to use that resting up and not risk any injuries.

Overall I agree with your prediction.

quote:

that's with Wilford Brimley tackling Ole Miss players

This made me laugh. I also thought the same thing about the guy. Why, after so many games played, was he the only one continuing to get run over?

quote:

Ole Miss played as bad of a game as it possibly

I think good teams/defenses make a team look bad by preventing them from running their offenses. So I don't agree with your premise that they played bad, I think we made them look bad...just like Bama did.

In the end, Bama can't lose!!!

BAMA vs LSU
QB BAMA
RB BAMA
WR PUSH
OL BAMA
DT LSU
DE BAMA
LB PUSH
CB LSU
S LSU
K LSU
P BAMA

Close game with LSU having a chance at home. Neutral field would favor Bama by 3-6 points.
