Absolutely it would have. Can't blame the kid ... they had his masters program and they needed a kicker. But we damn sure would have won two more games had he stuck around ... more probably.

Well, it is worth noting that he was the single worst kicker in FBS for the last 7 or 8 games of the regular season this year.

If he stayed around and had the same injury he had at ND- eh, I don’t think he would have been too valuable.

He was genuinely hurt for about 2 months and didn't play like 5 - 6 games. That's why we had such a poor FG conversion rate.

He was great in the beginning of the year and got his health and confidence back in the last 2 - 3 weeks of the year. He is a good kicker when he's actually healthy.
