My father was in the Army in the early 60s, and was sent to many different bases during his career, said that the Arkansas folks he met at Ft. Chaffee were the friendliest he ever met anywhere.

Probably not ! The Clinton's are responsible for over 50 homicides, more than any previous president & wife .. They also bred the ugliest daughter in American history , and ... Hillary is the first charpais dog to ever be called America's "first lady"

If this was 60s-80s Walmart when Sam Walton was alive then yes that certainly could be something to be proud of. But now they are a nuisance like a tick.
