I love America, that’s why I hate Trump.
Kneeling to make a statement is American. Trying to suppress said kneeling via threat of termination and blackballing is a total PRC move.
The anti-kneelers would honestly love China. You aren’t allowed to talk bad about the president there.

Why would the create a rule for it?

Is that why you support a president that said “South Koreans are terrible people” and praised Kim in the same line of thought?

Larry Hogan is a notorious "Never Trumper," I take anything he says related to the president with a grain of salt.
Weird how no one has corroborated his story.

The NCAA has very little to do with the P5 Conferences wrt CFB and even less to do with PreGame activities on a Private or State University Campus
The same NCAA that just allowed them to put social justice messages on their jersey's? The same NCAA that doesn't allow them to be paid (rightly so)? Tell me more about how the NCAA has no control over CFB.

Pretty sure the NCAA has been approving what could and what could not be on jerseys for a long time.

Has the NCAA stated any rules about kneeling
during the National Anthem?
Think for a minute, now... The band at LSU plays pre-game, then they stand in formation to play the National Anthem and the Alma Mater. After this they play the fight song and move to the "tunnel formation" where the team streams onto the field from the locker room. Other teams' pre-game activities are generally the same.
The team isn't even on the field when the National Anthem is played, so this is a non-issue for college sports.

Some teams are on the field for the anthem, not really an SEC issue though.

So you love America because it's the only country that gives you the opportunity to bad mouth it and change it to fit what you'd rather it be than what it is and has always been?
