Until I started reading and posting on message boards, I thought fans were interested in their team rather than hating on their rivals. Boy was I wrong. Some people would rather hate than cheer for their team.
I don't care what others think of Bama. I love the Crimson Tide more than I hate any other team. Even Auburn.

UF fans on the rant are better than the ones I met in Gainesville. Ole Miss and Barners aren't too bad either
I didn't have a problem with Bama fans till this board. You inbred hicks are an embarassment to your school. The way most of talk I assume you didn't even finish high school, much less actually attend Bama

I watch the news and read newspapers and keep up with things via the internet but I still don't understand hating so much. Being a fan is more exciting to me. Especially the last year it was awesome! And I've been a fan for 42 years.

fans. That's 50-75% (depending on poster) of the reason people are here. I like to know what other teams are doing in terms of recruiting and depth charts but I still enjoy hassling folks. No hate involved. Cept rmftbama. I hate him

Being from TX I only knew UGA and Auburns fanbases because my family are all UGA grads and professors. But I haven't spent much time outside of Auburn and Lake Martin so I am learning a lot about Bammers. I am smart enough to know that they are all not this bad. Regardless of how bad my trip to Tuscaloosa was.
