The number of people ripping on Woodward for his contracts and happy about LK are too stupid to even argue with ffs
No mention of dragging out his decision then putting the proverbial gun to his assistants heads to join him immediately or GTFO?

No. Never. frick alabama
TD men are too flighty and emotional for logic
One mediocre privileged nepo baby commenting on another mediocre privileged nepo baby is funny
He’s holding out for Deboer to go to PSU so he can take the Bama gig

I look forward to seeing him stay and build something sustainable at Vandy.
LSU has the power to hire an up and comer, completely change the trajectory of coaching pay in CFB with a more incentive based structure.

I don’t understand why we fired Woodward when we’re doing a copy/paste of throwing stupid money around at someone who hasn’t proved they can convert to long-term success.
Bummer he has played this long and never got a ring.
Miles and Oregeron won here. We’ll be fine if we don’t overpay for LK.

Stfu Reb. Im sure whatever Kiffin doesn't want anyone knowing his business one way or the other.

This process could have been handled discreetly, but Lane makes it a clown show to distract that he’ll never be a top tier coach. Lane absolutely wants everyone knowing his business.
I think we’re getting used as a bargaining chip for either a raise at OM or Lane to UF

And honestly, any coach that would leave a playoff bound team is just gross imo.

100%. It’s like the cheater thing. If they’re cheating on their significant other with you, you can’t be surprised when they eventually do it to you. Lane always has been and always will be a dirt bag.

It's just a bad year for candidates, so we're going to make Lane Kiffin the guy we reset the market for. Seems so forced for a guy that is risky in my mind. I don't care about the money, really, other than I could see Kiffin coasting after that contract.

I'd rather a young hungry guy that has something to prove. Lane just feels like he doesn't really care, but that's just my perception. Hopefully if we hire him I'm way wrong.

Agreed. We’re going to overpay again because nobody learned their lesson last time.

Saban left LSU for the NFL then went to Alabama after 3 years at Miami. They’re not the same situation.

Lane going from OM to another SEC school directly is exactly what happened to OM when Tubberville left for Auburn.

How do you not understand? He's taking Ole Miss(Yes, that Ole Miss) to the playoffs. If you don't understand what an accomplishment that is, then you'll never understand.

By today’s playoff standards, Houston Nutt also would have had his 10-2 Ole Miss teams in the playoffs. And Nutt had to do it without NIL.
I agree, but unfortunately you’ll get downvoted by the dummies
I don’t know how you come back from that game today. Especially after an equally important (but not nearly as bad) meltdown against Bama happening a few weeks prior.

Kiffin fans don’t want to hear this, but

Lane is another Brian Kelly (minus the murder)- a good coach but will not be elite. Hell, At least BK made the 4 team playoff. Kiffin had a great team last year with a cushy schedule and still couldn’t make the playoffs, despite his guys faking injuries every game because they were too pathetic and poorly coached to man up and play.

Lane is a sham. If LSU overpays for him we’ll be having the same coaching changes board conversations in 4-5 years when we annually fall short of expectations.
Bookmarking this unhinged shenanigans to review after the Arky hire is announced.

Posting emojis no context is engagement bait. I don’t think he knows shite.
