Glad we made it. Now let's watch the inbred group of non-athletes known as "SEC beat writers" purport to create a pre-season poll that is equal parts lazy and stupid.

The only one that was halfway tolerable is dead (Bon Holt).Bob knew what he didn't know. Most of these jock sniffers think they know football because they happen to pull for a good football team.

Hell, their lead jock-sniffer decided he was too good to travel down to media days. Pawl said that "Tampa wasn't SEC enough for him to make the trip. Gotdamn SEC Network. Your top dog who you dedicate 20 hours a week to has pulled the ultimate SEC media card in lazily turning his nose up at a city that isn't "SEC enough."

Now, if Pawl is lying and the SEC Network told his worthless arse to stay put, good on ya mates.

They're both more qualified than Pawl.

I feel like this new generation of sports writers is much more sober than the old guard. That seems to really hurt their performance.
