Maybe if these girls also illegally had a handgun in the car along with the weed then the judge would realize this is just a case of not enough AC

Her clean test will likely prevent the State from successfully arguing that Fagan constructively possessed marijuana at the time of the arrest.

What about the other 2 players that were arrested with Fagan? Are they clear too?

All the players are still suspended but dressing out. Fagan's lawyer had her take thus test and released the results. I guess the other players don't have lawyers or didn't do the same. The other 2 looked high as a kite in their mugshots so probably a good idea not to anyway.

Smart of her to be candid to her lawyers in an initial consultation and smart of her lawyers to advise her to take the test as soon as possible. Even smarter of her lawyers to make the results public.
