No, no. One of y'all's arguments was "UNC wasn't busted for cheating, so why should LSU?!!". Y'all's first instinct was to point at other schools to deflect from what you were being accused of. At least be honest about it.

Rather than running your mouth and appearing like a rumor spreading liar who worse, has let a CFB team get into your head why don't you man up. You feel strongly enough about this to possibly slander a player or coach or booster so go ahead and name the player and the booster as well as the recruiting coach and give the specific of the parties and exactly how you came to know all this.

I will not say the players name. I will give you a few hints. He was the #9 overall rated player in the nation, IIRC. (which is a joke because he wasn't the best player on his own HS team). He was kicked out of bama with a few other players. One of his buddies was let back into school later.

I'm guessing you are again, spreading rumors you have no knowledge of which makes you a creep. Not only that but why have you not presented your case and proof to the NCAA and SEC. That would be the right thing to do and if I had specifics on an Auburn player/AU booster I would do that. But I don't have so I'm keeping my trap shut instead of coming off like a little turd.

This is a small town and it was well known...........even the teachers at the HS knew it was going on. Your beloved bama cheats with the best of them. You know it. everybody knows it.

You said "first-hand knowledge" so spill it. No second hand rumors, no 'you were told this'...let it rip.

I asked if Florida could beat Georgia, CLemson, Bama with current talent level. Said the first yes, they believe they have an edge coaching wise but injuries would worry him greatly because their depth is better

I couldn't have spelled it out for you any more clearly. You should know exactly who I am talking about.

You are the one that said you knew "first hand" that they paid for a player. That means you witnessed it. Name the player and tell your story. I mean it's first hand and this is just a message board. Be a hero.

I know who you are talking about roughly.

Do you know what "first hand knowledge" means though?

The obsession and asshurt from Aubies and Flardah is astonishing. Guess they know they won’t be seeing any wins over us any time soon

Just for giggles, since I'm in a hotel and bored out of my mind tonight...

What exactly WAS Dan Mullen's record against the SECw - exclusively during his tenure at Mississippi State... since we're evaluating whether Kirby could have been bowl eligible there...

18-33 - 35.3% Win percentage

In fact, if we take a look at the individual seasons, we'll see that he had precisely ONE winning season against the SECw in nine seasons. Seven losing seasons of course... with one push.
quote:

2009: 1-4 SECw
2010: 1-4 SECw
2011: 1-4 SECw
2012: 2-4 SECw
2013: 2-4 SECw
2014: 4-2 SECw
2015: 2-4 SECw
2016: 2-4 SECw
2017: 3-3 SECw

He has precisely zero seasons beating Alabama. Went 3-6 against Auburn and 2-7 against LSU...

So of the common opponents, basically our one loss against Ole Miss is the only one that he really showed any kind of markedly different results... at 5-4 overall, including 3 years against the Houston Nutt led Ole miss... Got it.

That I know who the booster is and the name of the condo? Yes, I know exactly what "first hand knowledge" means. I have first hand knowledge who the bama booster is and the name of the condo where said parties occurred.

Don't act so shocked that things like this goes on.

So that is me saying bama "paid for a player"? GTFO.

ETA quote the rest of it.

ETA to the ETA. bama gave a kid "extra benefits". I am sure that is shocking news.

Auburn fan doesn't know what first hand knowledge means.

Shocking.

Was there a brief moment in it where you knew what "First hand" means, and then you later forgot about it in the following posts?

Because I missed that.

I agree with your post, but in particular my statement was that certain programs will not orchestrate payment/support until the athlete is on campus and secured.

The network and rogue boosters will never end, but they have very little playing field to work with prior to arriving on campus unless the staff & "network" are communicating.

Everybody is getting something upon arrival, but modern day "cheating" by topic is simply the discussion of pre LOI inducements.

I'm on board with OP's story being true.. or at the very least a composite of qualified sources. It's consistent with what I hear, but admittedly my sources dwindle each passing year.

You're right. You said they gave him extra benefits(use of a beachfront condo). Point still stands since you witnessed it in person.

Florida got passed up by Chip Kelly for UCLA and Scott Frost for Nebraska.

I wanted Frost at Tennessee, and badly, but everyone knew he was going to Nebraska. I don't think that anyone at Florida or Tennessee ever thought he was going anywhere else. They kicked the tires/did their due diligence but Frost to Nebraska was pretty much a foregone conclusion.
