No, there isn't. There's testimony from a fellow coach that he was told Schiano saw it.
And you're calling people a dipshit?

So why is Schiano not suing the pants off of anybody implicating him?
As far as we know the only one “implicating” him is technically McQueary. He testified in an insurance suit that Bradley told him Schiano told Bradley he saw Sandusky raping a kid. It would be hard to prove McQueary was acting maliciously towards Schiano. He was saying what he claims was told

Not to be too technical— but a witness testifying about what he saw is NOT hearsay.

Someone hung a banner somewhere on campus that says “Potential UT Coach: 1. Schiano 2. Kevin Spacey 3. Jared from Subway.”

Not to be too technical-but no one ever testified that Schiano saw anything...only that he was TOLD that Schiano did.

A witness testifying about what he was told is still hearsay.

Absolute bull shite.
You already do it with Peyton
What makes anyone think the Tennessee fan base has the moral high ground to stand up against sexual assaults?
Face it, you didn't like the name as your next football coach, so you used a scandal (that has no actual merit) to justify your temper tantrum

This is true.
quote:
Q: “Did [Bradley] tell you that he had had information concerning Gerald Sandusky and children?”
A: “He said he knew of some things. … He said another assistant coach had come to him in the early ’90s about a very similar situation to mine, and he said that he had — someone had come to him as far back as early as the ’80s about seeing Jerry Sandusky doing something with a boy.”
Q: “Did he identify who the other coaches were that had given him this information?”
A: “The one in the early ’90s, yes.”
Q: “And who was that?”
A: “Greg Schiano …”
Q: “And did he give you any details about what Coach Schiano had reported to him?”
A: “No, only that he had – I can’t remember if it was one night or one morning, but that Greg had come into his office white as a ghost and said he just saw Jerry doing something to a boy in the shower. And that’s it. That’s all he ever told me.”

Yeah, but the guy McQueary says told him...Bradley...says that it isn't.

But a statement by a party or a statement against one’s interest may be an exception to the hearsay rule.

I highly doubt it, but by definition it's still hearsay.

So you expect Bradley to admit he knew about Sandusky for all those years and didn't say anything? Hey guys sorry I have remained quiet for decades about our coach raping children at the stadium locker room but McQueary is right I know all about it. My bad

Good thing you weren't being too technical because that's not what happened in this instance. A witness testified to what he was told by someone who was allegedly told something by schiano. That's fricking 2 degrees of separation from the alleged witness and is completely hearsay.
Both schiano and the person he allegedly told about this who told McQueery deny the conversation happened.

Bradley said he never told McQueary that Schiano told him Schiano saw anything

Where was the protest of a player that molested his underage cousin with a plunger? Oh yeah, he was a pretty good player that could help the team so that doesn’t count.

I know. Why would he admit to knowing? Why would anyone admit to staying quiet about something like this for decades?

At court one of the victims testified that Bradley was one of the coaches who saw him and Sandusky in the showers.
Victim said Bradley did not say anything, but lingered. Victim speculated Bradley was suspicious something bad was going on and stayed to make sure it did not.
Bradley denied that too. Who do you believe there, the kid who was raped repeatedly for years, or the guy who worked for decades at PSU?
Bottom line a whole lot of people at PSU got away by looking away.
And just think how many victims could have been spared if people had bothered to believe police reports in the 80s.
