?? None of this "wrecks me" If the players were granted eligibility why not go get them? I never said Sankey didn't oppose the Bediako situation, I said Bama they did not get sued. Is playing Bediako while Sankey openly opposes it not puffing your chest? LSU stated over a week ago they'd comply with the court's ruling. So what's the issue here? It's Sankey being emotional because he got humiliated. You're also picking and choosing just to hate on LSU. You should go work for the NCAA since you're so inconsistent yourself.

The lack of intelligence from non-LSU fans isn't surprising to me but what is surprising to me is the weird and unjustified simping for Sankey. This thread being a perfect example.
Whether you like it or not, the situation with LSU has made him look incompetent and unprofessional, but well before that he gave the conference a medicore TV deal, he made a 9 game conference schedule which was completely unnecessary, and he is getting lapped by the Big 10 in football.
Nah none of you anti-LSU baws are even correct. Sankey has been a disaster as a commissioner for a while and that is factually correct.

You keep saying LSU was “complying with the court” as though the judge ordered LSU to recruit these players. He didn’t. The injunction temporarily protected the players and schools from punishment. It gave LSU an opening, not a command. Kiffin chose to exploit it, and LSU backed off when the conference consequences became real.
Alabama was not sued because Bediako played months before this specific SEC policy existed, under a temporary order in his case against the NCAA. Sankey opposed his eligibility, and when the court denied further protection, Alabama stopped playing him. What exactly was the SEC supposed to sue Alabama for at that point?
And “Sankey was humiliated and got emotional” is not a fact. It is the story you invented because admitting the SEC asserted its authority and LSU ultimately complied hurts too much. You keep confusing eligibility with entitlement, permission with an order, and your feelings with evidence.
