No!!! Let’s win Oklahoma game. Then the next game. Then we will be the best team ever this year!

A better question for real CFB fans: Can you name 10 better teams and a player on each?

LSU wins the title, we'll have beaten 7 top 10 teams in one season. Please let us know how many 2004 AU beat.
But to your point, this is a very, very good LSU football team.
I think they either boat race or out pace OU in a shootout... likely the former.
I think it will Clemson vs. LsU and Venables is the most likely threat to truly scheme to effectively slow down the Burrow-Brady Train. The LSU D will have its hands full of a very talented and balanced Clemson attack as well. Should be a great final.

95 UF dominated the Sec. Beat FSU by 2 scores and won SECCG by 4 tds. Dropped 60 on UT. 95 Nebraska beat that UF team by 40 and took a knee at the end instead scoring.
95 nebraska best team ever
This is the correct answer. I've never seen a team like that '95 Nebraska. Whatever the word is for the level beyond dominant, that's what they were.

The melt that will ensue if LSU loses one of their next two games will dwarf anything ever seen around these parts of the internet. I, for one, cannot wait to see it.
Congrats on the great season so far, but outside of a conference championship and some individual awards, nothing has been won yet.
These type of threads NEVER backfire and blow up in the collective faces of fans.
