It was a great game and Ole Miss should hold their heads high based on how hard they played. For all those (mostly LSU fans) complaining about the officiating...
Text book targeting. Crown of helmet. Helmet to helmet. Launching. Not called.
Text book facemask. Using the facemask to make or attempt tackle. Not called.
The hands to the face on the punt return TD. Was called and was legit (despite the rantings of many during the game).

I guess we are even with the touchdown that got called down on the 1 yard line that was clearly in. Refs made bad calls both ways.

Agree. Haven't yet seen evidence that the ball was across the plane AND the knee wasn't down, though.
It was a hard fought game on both sides. Better team won, but Ole Miss could/should finish year 10-2, IMO.

To be honest, I didn't think the hit on Hurts was targeting when it happened and I don't think it was today. I also think the hit by the OM blocker downfield was incredibly stupid but not flag-worthy.
Having said that, anyone that thought the hit happened after the TD is too blind to have a driver's license, much less ref a college football game.
