Grade your starting units so far

I'm just curious how ranters see their teams shaping up so far.
If you don't know the starter yet grade on who the starter will likely be. And in positions where there is typically a lot of rotation grade the depth chart as well.

I don't understand how anyone with a new starter at QB could rate that player as anything above a C, or average.
