LSU has won more than 50 NC's in many sports and we rarely hire coaches who have won a NC.
LSU is where you come to make your name. Unlike ole miss.

Those assistant coaches need to ride with Ol Miss as far as they can. A job will always be available, especially if you've coached a CFP finalist or champion. This opportunity may never come again in their lifetime.

What this whole Kiffin fiasco has made abundantly clear is just how different Louisiana, at least south of I-10, is from anywhere else in the country. Just a whole different culture and world view.

Ole Miss has never won a NC in the AP poll, Coaches poll, BCS or CFP and has never even played for an SEC Title.
