No he's just spewing informarion that is literally false and a overall narrative of fear mogering, which just isn't based in logic. That's what I'm arguing against.

All I did was point and laugh at how upset you are that everyone else isn’t buying into your half baked theory that this is the best thing that’s ever happened to college football.

That doesn’t make me mad. It’s amusing.

quote:

Where are you getting fed this from? There's a lot of programs with plenty of money to afford the athletes. What you're saying is Ohio State, Texas, & the like are going to throw up millions on millions on a yearly basis and steal the top 100 or so recruits every year. If you think that will happen you are overestimating how much moneg they have and how much more the top 20 athletes are going to demand compared to 76 or 124 and how much schools are willing to give those kids as a whole.

You have no idea how much money boosters give the elites of the sport vs. the also rans. Theres a reason Rutgers is Rutgers and tOSU is tOSU.

The fact you think boosters being able to generate money making opportunities without consequence will create more parity in CFB is the best part of your delusion.

quote:

I'm not delusional I've just taken time to look at the issue objectively. You on the other hand clearly prefer fear mongering to logic lol.

There’s, literally, nothing logical about anything you’ve posted. It’s just you screaming that this will be awesome without any consideration for the negative consequences.

This is a mixed political and sports issue ans even if it was purely sports "fear mongering" is the most appropriate terminology.

Ruining college athletics as we know it

Players advocating for this should go pro and pay for their own education.

I don't think people are getting scared by talking about this subject.

But stick with the fear mongering stuff if you must.

There's a ton of negative about this that we haven't even thought of yet.

in the context of their college football program absolutley!! Dude what are you smoking? That's exactly what his narrative is trying to do.

What's a more appropriate word choice? What is the end result of his narraitive besides "we can't let them pay athletes or your college football program will be ruined by the elite ones". I don't know what you can categorize that as other than fear mongering.

Nah. The only guy who’s being logical (according to himself) said there’s literally nothing negative that can come of this.

Nothing left to discuss.

South Carolina is looking into making a similar law. But by all means rock your California bogeyman theme if it'll make you feel better about college kids actually getting to earn money off their own likeness.

The amount of bs spewing from this post is so bad I could fertilize half the delta lmfaoooooo. You are so defeated that you now have truly resulted to insults and are out of talking points. Good job. I'm not the only one with a pro paying players opinion on this board. You're getting hung up on the last part of a paragraph long statement as an "i got you" moment when it's not and there's plently left of discuss you just don't want to talk about it. Grear job. I mean truly every sentence was bullshite. It was actually impressive.

He's like this on the poli board too. All good.

I do think the amateur athlete charade will be over if this happens.

Colleges will simply host paid teams.
