No dude. I watched the whole thing unfold and any impartial observer wouldve agreed and many did, that Florida was obviously trying to duck the game. Its been said a million times but Ill say it again...every other team in the state of Florida played their game except Florida.

^^^^^^^^
This!!!!

A Big Six SEC Team ducking and running away from another Big Six SEC Team!

It's a Big fricking Deal that the rest of you SEC pussies are giving Florida a pass for!

It's embarrassing!!!

Really, would LSU fans would have been happier to lose in Gainesville as opposed to BR?

First we win that game 4out of 5. Second, yes I would. We could have kept our home cupcake game and be playing this year in BR.

But Gaytors couldn't suck it up like Gamecocks in 2015, or LSU going to Arizona in 2005.

UF won on the field, whether they were down players or we made x y and z mistake, on the field is settled.

The argument will always be over "we wanted to play and they didn't," and them denying they were avoiding it. Nothing more, nothing less.

I expected Florida to say the hurricane was not a threat then at the last minute to claim it made a dramatic turn and cry foul.

You folks?? Just because a few posters troll about that whole ordeal doesn't mean the whole LSU fanbase isn't sympathetic to that situation. Try to remember that we aren't in the Midwest. We are all in the path of these hurricanes every year. Trust me, when it comes to the game itself, any respectable LSU fan admired floridas effort in that win as much as we were bummed to lose it. They simply won that game outmanned. Not everyone spits in the face of that kind of effort. Dont listen to trolls.

Think he is referring to the UF athletic department. Obviously we aren't upset with the players for beating us. The players weren't scared either, backups were probably hoping to get their shot.

It's the LSU AD vs the UF AD with both fanbases defending their guy and their side of the argument. Ours is that the UF admin capitalized on a chance to avoid the game and everything they said was said to meet that end, politics. We base this on every game that was threatened being play, either in Florida at a different time, or in another area. Everyone that wanted to play played. The only ones that didn't, didn't

It's about an SEC team (a Big Six Team) running away from an SEC Game!

Ran away from playing a game when UF was much healthier?

UF went to Baton Rouge and won with SEVEN defensive starters out.

Yall are straight whiny bitches. Period.

Yes... you folks. Not only has their been like 10 threads on this tired topic today alone, you've been crying about it for over a year. Additionally, one guy will post the whiny drivel, then 50 of your compatriots will upvote him.

Yes... you folks

Yeah and you'll whine and bitch about it until your next loss when you will find another injustice where LSU was wronged and robbed of a fair game. Sweet Jesus, y'all have no room to rag Missou about SJW when y'all have a complex about how the whole big bad world is against you. Have a little cheese with that whine and STFU.

So every other college game in the State of Arkansas is played, but your coach and ad refuses to play against LSU.....

You're ok with that?

Taken from nola000 on the OT:

2017 Hurricane Irma
Florida vs. Northern Colorado
quote:

The Gators took a wait-and-see approach at first, but on Wednesday, they announced the game was pushed up from 7:30 p.m. to noon.
"We have worked closely with campus and regional authorities during the last 48 hours to find the best possible solution that allows us to play the game and takes into account the safety of our fans, players, staff and personnel working the game," AD Scott Stricklin said in a statement. "With tropical conditions possibly expected in our region on Saturday night or Sunday morning, moving the game from 7:30 to Noon will give people a chance to come to the game and return home before any expected weather or effects hit our area."

2016 Hurricane Matthew
Florida vs. LSU

Excuse the frick out of Florida for not bowing to LSU's and Joe Alleva's will by putting a potential hurricane and public emergency before a football game. They compromised and gave you home field advantage which you pissed away. Quit acting like LSU was somehow wronged in this. The only wrong is your perception that when and where the game was played somehow put LSU at a disadvantage and changed the outcome. The first couple of months it was amusing; almost a year later its old and tired and annoying. But let a puff of wind come up before a game and LSU starts bitching and moaning about how they were wronged all over again. Win your mother fricking games and quit making excuses as to why you can't or just STFU. Everybody but LSU is tired of hearing it.

Where did I say it put us at a disadvantage? I already said I don't care about the W/L. I don't even necessarily care about the whole ordeal in general. Notice I'm not arguing w UF fans accusing them, just explaining to third parties what I feel the argument is over:

It's not about who won, it's not that we don't care about safety and the people of Florida. It's that there was no danger, it had been established early in the week. Everyone had a contingency plan in the event it wasn't bad, and they played. UF intentionally used the storm to avoid the game and denies it. The ADs got into it publicly, and we as fans are just here arguing about it later.

It'll be alright man I promise. Stay the frick out of the threads if they annoy you so much, you'll be a happier person. By the title you can clearly tell what's in here. Yet here you are on page 3 bitching about how sick you are of this topic
