Your reason was not the reason that he did not have to testify.
Actually it was

Good on the lawyers for making it seem irrelevant
Which is exactly why I said he wouldn’t have to testify numb nuts

I would still argue that the testimonies would have been relevant to the case
Sorry, that argument was a failed one

Still doesn't stop the fact that the tapes actually did happen or that the NCAA is investigating.
Yet those tapes will never see the light of day. Again, so sorry

Do you just make blanket statements that have zero facts?
How do you know this? Do you secretly work for the FBI or NCAA?

No I not so secretly know the law. The FBI can’t lawfully release those tapes without...wait for it...Will Wade’s consent. Damn, sucks to suck loser

Counsel for the FBI has said if those tapes are not entered into trial, they will not be released. It's been posted multiple times on here and some of you still refuse to reconcile that fact.

They can’t reconcile federal laws with their desire for carnage. It happens. I’ve said plenty of times I 100% think will wade meant everything people assume he meant. But what I’ve also said is those tapes wouldn’t be made part of the record and thus will never see the light of day.

Not worth it. Mike White > Will Wade.

So if you're right (doubtful) and Wade has to consent, then the NCAA can certainly force him to consent or he would be obstructing their investigation.
This isn't a criminal case so he can't just tell the NCAA to go frick themselves. He has to comply, it's in the NCAA bylaws that you continue to point to.
Want to point to more law that you're wrong on?

Eh maybe, but Dawkins would have to consent as well since he is also on those tapes

Show me one single law I’ve been wrong about. There is a zero percent chance you do any sort of non-transactional legal work. Zero. And if you do, I pray for your clients

What's the name of the statute this "consent" falls under?

We got away with everything. Deal with it

The NCAA will get those tapes, end of story.
Well considering I'm doing a class action lawsuit for a medical malpractice case currently, you're clearly wrong again.
Keep on trying to bash me when you know I am right. It doesn't make you look good, bud.
You're just trying to give your fellow LSU fans hope. It's quite sad.

FBI's own counsel has said those tapes aren't being released.
Post a link that substantiates your claim.

Cleaning toilets at a law firm doesn't mean you're working on a class action.

You've posted nothing factual. Nothing. You're going to get bashed for that, and you should.
