Did y'all see the unnecessary roughness call on the defenseless player in the Neb-Wisc game?
The Nebraska player laid the Wisconsin defender out. It was a great block. There was no H2H contact.
They brought back a TD for that. If that is a penalty, the Dial hit is too.

Legal or not, it was cheap.

If that doesn't apply we have this. No matter how hard you guys try to spin it Murray was NOT a part of the play. Jogging in the general direction of the ball carrier watching his teammates making the tackle doesn't make him a threat
Standing 20 yards behind the play = obviously not a part of the play
Being in front of the play and jogging toward the ball carrier =/= obviously not a part of the play
If it had been Rome instead of Murray, no one would be complaining about the hit.
ETA: I did a quick google search and that first rule you posted appears to be an NFL rule not an NCAA rule.

.GIF of Dial hitting Murray.
I wish this thread would die.
Obviously, I feel a flag should've been thrown but what are you gonna do about it now? Nothing. It's over and no longer matters. For me, it's not about this hit, it's about giving up 350 yards on the ground and poor clock management - Irrelevant to this thread, I know, but an important point in the entire scheme of the game.
I do give Murray props for shaking it off and not crying about it.
Frick it.
Good game man.

He only cries after games.

That's about as much an "OH shite" look, as that Michigan punter gif.

f. A player obviously out of the play.

Yes this should be in play ... if its good enough for the NFL it should be good enough for NCAA/College

Cheating, playing for pay, recruiting violations?
I am too lazy and it honestly would be hard to find legitimate/actual evidence of this but yes I believe y'all are heavily mired in this ... which is a shame given how good your team/program is.
But if I find link I will post but I do remember jus a couple here's back hearing how Alabama was practicing for bowl game in FL at some HS football field and using their facilities. Bama completely renovated the HS club house & football field so the could hold practices for the bowl game.
It just so happened that this HS had, I believe two 5* recruits that Bama wanted(well maybe a 5* & 4*) and come NSD they signed their LOI to Alabama
Legal what Bama did? YES
Is it still paying for players? YES

I thought OM looked good this year, you have a good coach and I think good potential QB play from Wallace? I think thats his name.
Sincerely Thanks
don't take me wrong in the stuff I say I am happy for you that y'all won. I will fully support you in the BSCNCG ... RTR! But,
I think it is a shame how some of your fans act as if alabama can do no wrong ever (FWIW my uncles is this and is what prompted me to start this ranting) and I do believe either legal or illegal y'all cheat the system for your gain ... when in actuality you don't need to do that because y'all are good enough not to.

That story, in the way you put it, is completely false.
Bama did practice at that high school. But so did any team that went to play at the Capital one bowl in the previous years. LSU actually practiced there the previous year.
And Bama didn't "renovate the club house". We installed removable showers and top seeded the field so it was practice ready. And the kicker, ALL of that is funded by the BOWL not the school
So, STFU
