Bama has the poorest winners of any fan base in history.

And some LSU fans are just stupid. It's not our fault that you can't read.

Am I the only one that though Georgia got more favorable calls in this game? The "tipped pass" no call PI, Jesse Williams was held plain as day on the bomb to King inside the 10, Gurley was down at the one (not that it would have mattered) Milliner's int overturned when there was no visible angle of the ball hitting the ground.

Stop complaining Jawja fans.

Led with shoulder, helmet to helmet contact though. Missed a 15 yard penalty.

Come on, man...you're a Bama fan, for God's sake. The LSU crybabies I understand, but you're supposed to be literate. Go back and read the rules.

here is the rule; specifies the crown of the helmet.

PENALTY (a-B.)—Personal foul. 15 yards from the basic spot, or 15 yards from the succeeding spot for dead-ball fouls. Roger Goodell would suspend him for that hit. FAC

Maybe the NCAA should adopt the MFL rule book then.

Speaking of booga getta, I see that Bob Stoops is the latest Barn fantasy.

I read them. I personally think it was a good no-call, but I would rather just give it to them and then pull out their player gouging Milliner's eyes and getting away with it, then Milliner getting flagged for a little retaliatory shove.

I initially said the play was overstated and Dial led with his shoulder and was probably not flag-worthy

You guys can keep quoting the rules, saying it wasn't against the rules but it doesn't take away from the fact it was a dirty play. Against your quoted rules or not. Fact of the matter is; if the situation were reversed and a UGA player had done that to McCarron everyone of you would be hollering "DIRTY PLAY!!!" "What a THUG POS!!!"

ETA: penalty or not, it was still dirty.

Legal or not, that wasnt a cool thing to do. All he had to do was get in front of Murray or push him down. I understand in the moment things get heated and seeing the QB obviously not notice you coming at him, but still, not very cool. Helmet did hit helmet, but legal or not, it wasn't a very classy thing to do. He tried to hurt Murray, no doubt about it.

It doesn't even matter if Dial led with his helmet. All that matters is if he led with the crown of his helmet...which he did not. So, it is NOT a penalty.

If he had done what he did to Murray while Murray was throwing the ball....it would be a penalty.

Really bad call. I frankly don't understand the rule either.

Didn't see the other ones you've mentioned. Moseley was held on Gurley's TD run to go up 28-25.

Looked relatively clear to me

Missed Milliner's eyes being gouged.

I was st the game but if he was 20 feet from our guy while he was returning an int, then thats tough shite for him. I havent seen another angle besides that one, but itsclear as day from that gif that he put his shoulder into Murrays chest. I dont know how you can conclude otherwise after watching that gif.

well probably when you, uhh, see the helmet, um, leading into the hit, and uh, hit Murray's helmet.

The fact is the league is trying to protect the Quarterbacks. That's why it should have been a penalty because the hit the QB high. That being said, it really didn't affect the outcome of the game, because our defense was getting their asses whooped on the line.

I definitely would say it isnt against the letter of the law. Of course, a lot of people would say its a judgment call as well. I just don't mind letting them get what they want since their player did something much more dirty and actually got his team 15 yards extra

So we should just make up penalties?

Seems legit. Can't wait for your next post.

I understand the rule. But how would a ball that's that's tipped continue its path without the spiral being disrupted?

I forgot to add the other two you mentioned. FWIW I was watching the game with a Georgia fan that thought Georgia was getting more favorable calls as well.

It sure feels great to win though

Tipped pass was a makeup call. Refs knew they fricked this one up.

What about the UGA player that tried to gouge Milliner's eyes out. And then Milliner was called for unsportmanslike.

So unnecessary roughness for hitting a QB high is a made up penalty?

Seems legit. Can't wait for your next post.
