The whole series lived up to the hype!! You have some great pieces.. good luck the rest of the year and maybe we’ll play again when it counts!

I was not feeling good halfway through the Saturday game but we turned it around big time. LSU has a lot of studs, once they figure out the best way to use the pitching staff, they will be tough to beat for anybody.

You as well. Once you guys get the pecking order of that bullpen figured out it’ll be game over vs 99 percent of the field.

Some talented freshman from our Longhorn state. Will be fun duking it out in the foreseeable future.

Maybe in the next year or two A&M can rejoin the conversation once they get rid of Earley.

Good series Horns. Pretty obvious to see how much Schloss had improved your program. Good luck the rest of the way.

Yeah, he definitely makes a difference. I think we’re still a year or two away from competing for a NC, but at least we are looking forward at this point.

We just struggle too much against above average pitching.. and that will eventually be our downfall at some point this year.

It was a good series. Texas has a solid club.

A lot of LSU fans are a little mad that Jay pitched Cowan with a big lead Friday night and then Jay saves Evans for Sunday when it really didn’t matter. Maybe Evans should have relived Eyanson Saturday and LSU could have snuck out two wins. I think Jay does this with his young pitchers early in the season. I guess the theory is put them in high leverage situations and make them prove themselves and if they don’t, they know why they get moved around in the pitching rotation. For LSU bull pen sake, they need Guidry back in a bad way.

I’m not worried about LSU hitting. They will be fine.

Was fun to watch good baseball by both teams. Good luck rest of the way!
