We face the best the west has to offer each year, that’s never TAMU. Meet us in the dome if you want some. LSU/Bama fans can talk trash, they actually matter. Your backwoods second tier program doesn’t.

OUCH!

That's gonna leave a mark.

Well, he won a Heisman and an SECC by embarrassing UGA's vaunted defense, so I'll take that in a rebuilding year.

Was 2021 the rebuilding year?
Or 2022?

The way i hear it, bama cant win without williams or metchie. That isnt me saying that. It is the gumps.

And u are assuming that no bama fan has said that they lost the NCG because metchie and williams were hurt.

Not to let facts get in the way of your feelings.

But bama lost.
They didnt have metchie and williams.

To say that bama would have won is the presumptive counterpoint to the fact that bama lost without them.

If bama won without them, this wouldnt be a discussion. But bama didnt
They scored 1 TD on a giftwrapped turnover and lost by 15.

The only reasonable implication is the uga coaching staff outcoached the bama coaching staff to win the national title.

You just implied that a healthy Bama team would beat a healthy Georgia team since it is more talented. That's the implication.

Only in your demented mind.

Our coaches had a less talented squad better prepared.

Our depth like Bennett, Jones, Poole, beal, and AD Mitchell stepped up, while yours crumbled.

247 had bama as the more talented team.

That UGA team with less talent than Bama included
Arik Gilbert .9972
Adam Anderson .9889
Tate Ratledge .9821
Arian Smith .9722 (probably our most underrated loss on the season)
Rian Davis .9590
Jalen Kimber .9534
Tykee Smith .8795

True freshman brock bowers was able to help fill the void for Arik.
Robert Beal and Channing Tindall filled the void for Adam Anderson.
Jamaree Salyer stepped in at RG for Tate and Ericson.
Freshman Ladd McConkey stepped in for Arian Smith (we also ran more 2 TE sets).
William Poole stepped in at nickel in addition to dropping down a safety and adding walkon Dan Jackson on the backend to help cover for no Tykee (and no kimber).

So, saying the most talented team with everyone healthy would beat a less talented team with everyone healthy...is demented? Interesting.

Better prepared - Bama's coaching staff had beaten your coaching staff the last 4 meetings, several of which were blowouts, and now when Bama is down players they suddenly become better preparers. Also interesting.

Depth is a different topic than having your best players available.

The most talented team doesn’t always win. If that were true, bama would never lose a game.

Irrelevant

How so? Our depth did better than your depth.

Bama has lost fewer games than anyone else, so it just confirms that you would expect a fully healthy team to beat a fully healthy team with less talent.

Ok. they didn't need all the injuries, they just happened to prepare better this time.

Because depth, players behind your best players is a different topic than not having your best players. Your depth may have been better. We don't know since you didn't have the same amount of players out.

Losing a single game proves the flaws of your logic. Losing more than one destroys your logic.

Yep. 5 weeks is a lot of time for prep. Solid adjustments and better prepared backups improves outcomes.

Same thing. Not having your best players means depth AKA players behind your best players are playing.
