The difference between #1 player at a position and #3 is paper thin and not worth discussing.

You are arguing that the Pitt guy was better because he won an award. An award doesn't determine #1 and #3 players at their positions.

Ok. Addison had 1593 yards vs Williams 1572. Addison had 657 yards against teams with a winning record vs Jameson having 1038. Addison's best 2 games were against Vriginia which was 6-6 and Duke which was 3-9 while Williams best 2 games were against Arkansas at 9-4 and Georgia at 14-1.

Because it proves nothing.

I'll just let my previous reply stand about who they played and who Addison got his 20 more yarsd and 2 TDs against vs Williams.

In regards to the national title win over bama, It doesn’t matter one way or the other if I think bowers is 1st best or 2nd best or 3rd best.

It's not about whether you think he is the best. It's about you being reticent to answer a simple question about your opinion on your own player while arguing fervently about Herschel Walker. That's entertainment.

It took too long to admit it doesn’t matter if I think he is best or 2nd best.

No you don't. You only have 4 times in the past 10 years.

And the only reason you even make it that far is because you play a shite schedule.

So you are ignoring that Williams benefitted more because he plays on the most talented team in the nation. Of course you would.

We have played the best team in the west:
2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021

Sure as hell isn't for the same reason you were telling them to do it.

Hell, take 2018 where both Alabama and Georgia lost to Auburn. Georgia had a worse loss to Auburn and played a much weaker schedule.

Yet, Georgia still got the rematch in the SEC due to playing on the shitty side of the conference.

Acting like you do what SEC west teams do is bullshite. I can't wait to see where Georgia ends up when they actually have to rotate teams and sack up.

Been this way my entire life, just like Hershel Walker only faced 1 ranked SEC team in his 3 year career. Georgia always with the easy SEC schedule, rarely playing the good teams.

In 2017 Bama’s best win was #18 9-4 lsu and Bama didn’t even play in the SECC.

Probably the softest schedule of any team to have made the playoff.
