Once again, your inability to run the ball and your average oline is why you lost. You get the ball inside the 10 and have to keep kicking FGs is a recipe for a loss.

We didn't run the ball effectively in the first game and won by 17 by throwing for 421. The rbs had a total of 76 yards all game, some of which came late when the game was decided. Again, we were kicking field goals without the two best receivers playing.

I don't know how to determine average. They allowed BY to throw for 421 with his best receivers.

Yards between the 20s mean nothing. You scored one TD, and it was on a gift drive. You could not drive the field and score a TD.

I thought you guys were talking about football, but after this post I must assume you are talking about another sport.

Isn't the goal in football to score? Your offense did not do a good job of that. 18 points is very average, unless you consider 4 FGs and 1 TD as good football.

Does having your best players to play inside the 20s mean something?

Yes it definitely means something. It means that Georgia had superior talent and better backups.

Your superior talent got blown out in a championship game and your backups weren't needed because "you were healthier than you had been in a long time."

Continuing to spout the same nonsense isn’t going to change the outcome of the championship game. It was 33-18 and Georgia won. Yanked out your heart and stomped that sucker flat as Lewis Grizzard used to say. But please,by all means, carry on if you must. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to see how much UGA hurt y’all. Lol lol

Anyone who thinks the middle 60% of the field means nothing is an idiot.

Georgia has the 4th most wins vs top 10 opponents in the BCS era behind Bama, tOSU & LSU. Kirby himself has 12 and is second during his tenure behind Saban. GTF out of here.

Does it mean more or less than the endzone?

Im thinking bama lost because the offensive coordinator forgot that the endzone was more important than the middle of the field.

I dont think the wide receivers mattered. The offense was happy to be dominating that middle 60%.

That one TD was a gift - all wrapped and tied in pretty bows. If not for that “fumble” near the 10 Bama wouldn’t have crossed the goal line all night

Well, the last time I checked it's not very often the other team gives you the ball inside their 20.

So yeah, I'm pretty sure they are pretty important.

Remember this play from the middle of the field?

Would mean absolutely nothing without the endzone.

Just like the lack of endzone in the ncg.

The trolling by bama fans is really awful. Seriously? Beating the drum that the middle of the field is important just because that's where the offense hung out all day in the ncg? LoL
