They need to focus on Kirby finding coordinators and them being good hires right now, not assuming he will win it all. The true test will be now, coaching hires and player development, managing egos. Just because Saban is the best at it doesn't mean guys that worked for him are guaranteed to be. Ask any of the others who've tried before
