All I was saying is that for all the be humble talk, maybe it shouldn't be from a defensive player who gave up 48 points. Don't throw stones......

Like I said luckily the Georgia offense did what it wanted or people would have been ripping the Georgia defense left and right

Comon down, Cleveland! Would be hilarious to see him end up becoming another cog in the factory of sadness.

when Baker Mayfield becomes a cocaine addict and looks like this, then we can compare him to Johnny Manziel

I agree Manziel is/was on a whole other level of douchebag, but Manziel was also a better qb. Baker is definitely a great college qb, but does anyone doubt that he had if not the best offensive line in football, a top 3 line? If you look at the difference in the 1st half and 2nd half of that game the major difference was Georgia was able to get some pressure on Baker. I despise Manziel, but in college he was so infuriating to watch a team play against because he could always make plays on his own. The defensive line could dominate the game and Manziel could still win just based on improvising with his feet. Baker to me is similar to what Dak did with the Cowboys last year compared to this year, he looked like a franchise qb with the best line in football, and below average with a good offensive line. He still had time to make plays in the 2nd half, he just didn't have all day to go to 3rd and 4th options like the 1st half. That said, Deshone Kizer had an incredible line at Cleveland and still sucks so there is still something to be said for guys who take advantage of having great players around them. Maybe in the right system Baker does well in the NFL, but I'm not sure I get all the hype around him. Congrats on a good game UGA. One of the best games I've seen and UGA is set for a long, long time.

eh, I don't really agree with that. He was a better dual threat but as far as a passer, Mayfield is in another universe IMO. He makes great reads, looks off his primary receiver to keep the defense honest. He is bigger and more durable. he has a stronger arm and can make more throws. A lot of Manziel's deficiencies as a passer were masked in college by the receivers he was throwing too and he was able to run around and make plays with his feet he wouldn't have been able to do in the NFL. I think Mayfield is a much better pro prospect than Manziel ever was. That said, Mayfield certainly isn't a sure thing like a lot of the analysts are saying, I just think he brings a lot more to an NFL team than Manziel could

He only scored 7 points in the second half. That is his fault.

Agreed.

Not once did I see him call an audible or lineup under center.

Seems like another Texas Tech Qb.

He didn’t call any audibles...he looked to Lincoln Riley for possible play changes. They mentioned it several times during the game. “He looks over to Lincoln to make eye contact and confirm the play”. This from a guy who is essentially an NFL rookie, age wise. He won’t be around long on Sundays if he isn’t able to throw into tighter windows and check out of bad plays without looking to the sideline.
