Thngs that jump out @ me.

* They are amazing getting a hat on a hat on offense. That's Chaney.

* Their offensive play calling is superb and the execution is as close to flawless as CFB offers. Again that Chaney keeping other teams on their heels.

* The QB play is as good as it gets, particularly on third downs. Fromm is not some physical freak 6'5 super athlete with a rifle arm but he plays BIG.

* The offensive line play is fantastic when you consider they were blocking Bama's 3rd and 4th year players on that defensive front with several who will be drafted this year. And they started a couple of sophs (one redshirt) and two freshmen (one redshirt). That's Pittman. A finalist for assistant coach of the year.

* And the secondary play last night was tremendous for the most part and combined with a designed delayed blitz that shut Tua down.

Overall they improved tremendously late in the year and can beat anyone. Bama won last night by slowly wearing them down. I still like Clemson to win it all BTW. They will coast against ND then unload in the champ game.

If you mean the position coaches this is actually true.

Could be true for the players but Kirby’s in game management is questionable

Clemson is in deep trouble against Alabama. Clemson cannot, and will not beat Alabama.

UGA had a great game plan in first half, both of offense and defense.

They are great in game prep and motivating for big games. I'll leave it at that.

UGA's defensive game plan was great until there was a running back at QB.

Nickel defense against 11 personnel. That is ballsy against any run game. But the second a QB is as good as a runningback... that bird doesn't fly. Congrats to Bama. UGA can game plan with the best of them. But we don't have the personnel in 2018 to counter every counter punch. 2019 looks promising, though.

UGA has an SEC championship and playoff win in the CFP era.

What does Auburn have? A loss to UCF?

I'm amused by all the armchair QBs out here giving CKS hell over the fake punt call. They'd had the play prepped for over a year, Alabama's previous punt defense on the other punts in the game showed that the play should work, and if the snap had been executed on time, Swift would have been clearly open.
When Coach Saban successfully executed the onsides kick against Clemson in the Natty, he was deemed a genius, and Kirby would have received the same accolades if his play had worked. Fans are a fickled bunch of bastards!

Well considering Kirby just had the best recruiting class in the history of the sport and is positioned to repeat #1 ranking again this year I'd say they are fair country recruiters. He's also got something else. He went into Athens and had the admin kissing his arse, the state legislature kissing his arse and the alums have puckered up too. And all of them slinging cash at the program in an unmatched fashion.
