That's just plain dumb. Most titles were claimed at a later date, because they simply were not thought to be important. But you know what? National NCAA recognized polls named Georgia the National Champions, and the NCAA recognizes it. You don't like it? Argue with the NCAA.

I refuse to argue that point, because it would be hard for me to argue that the NCAA is reasonable.
However, they are the ruling body whether anybody likes it or not, are they not?

Of course. I couldn't care less about the content of the thread. I just so happened to click on last post and saw the suggestion to argue with the NCAA.
