And evidently, by the end of the season, pretty much everyone agreed that none of those teams were one of the best 25 teams in the country.

Texas beat aggy by double digits and knocked them out of the SEC title game and playoffs.

This is why pundits are saying if Texas wants to advance in the playoffs then Ewers needs to go find some pine. You can't just throw games away at this level.

Unlike Georgia tech, I don’t recall Texas playing good enough to get into the shoot out portion of OT.
