Fun fact: This will be the first SEC Championship Game Georgia has played in that will be broadcast on ABC since 2024.

And only the second title game the Dawgs have played overall on that network. Alabama played in the SEC Championship on ABC in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1996, and 1999 before the game moved to CBS in 2000.

Alabama defeated Florida twice in 1999; Florida defeated Auburn twice in 2000; Auburn defeated Tennessee twice in 2004 and South Carolina in 2010.
