He's Bama bound. Brian Matthews just changed his opinion to 80/20 Bama.
On the bright side, he expects we get Jonathan Jones in the near future following Geno's commitment.

If you're under the impression you're getting Landon Collins, then maybe. But I doubt he leaves LA. And Cyrus isn't exactly a lock either

I also stated "may have". Picking up Landon Collins, Geno Smith, and Cyrus Jones or Travell Dixon, makes this one of the best DB classes in 2012.

He should be in the top 25 for JUCOs. The Arizona JUCO system has been pumping out some great talent lately between Arizona Western and Eastern Arizona.

I think Alec Morris is it for the 2012 class at QB. Alabama has a very good chance at two Elite 11 type QBs in the 2013 class, and distance and baseball aren't factors. Remember the names Johnathon McCrary and Eddie Printz. McCrary already has a verbal offer.

Coach Sunseri and Coach Groh do a great job recruiting in Maryland. I don't think landing another CB is going to take Alabama out of the running for Cyrus Jones. He's been high on UA for a long while.

And AU is barely trailing. I'm not saying Bama landing Geno hurts Bama chances with Cyrus, but it definitely helps our chances

so what about the corners some of you are claiming AU will get if Smith commits to Bama?
I believe someone mentioned someone named Joseph? Geno's commitment to Bama would affect Jones' decision, but Joseph's decision to AU wouldn't?
