LSU actually looks much better running out of the shotgun. Every time they line up in I-form TCU is eating it up.

The NCAA has adopted the NFLs 10 second run off rule , here is my best explanation for the rule.
3rd down and any, but say 7 at the 15 with 15 seconds remaining , the team with the ball gets sacked for a 2 yard loss to the 17 , there isnt time to get the FG unit on as the clock is down to 9 seconds and running , so the center just grabs the ball as the ref places it down with 4 seconds left, WRs still in the end zone , no one set etc etc . A five yard illegal procedure penalty , that allows the FG team time to set up for a 37 yard FG ........ HENCE THE 10 SECOND RUN OFF IF YOU HAVE NO TIME OUTS LEFT BUT GET A PENALTY......
