Does Tebow stay in to boost his Heisman votes?
Posted on 11/28/09 at 4:30 pm to dex
Patrick Robinson is supposed to be a 2nd round pick in this coming up draft.
Tebow is on target today.
Robinson is probably a better cover corner than any CB on Bama's roster.

This guy doesn't think so.
draftcountdown
He is usually correct with his rankings. He has Robinson the #1 rated CB among seniors.

What wold you tell your team if you were Bobby Bowden?
"We can come back." - no
"We are good enough to still be beat them." - no
"frick it, have fun out there." - yes
"Boys have I ever told you about my uncle Ned? He used to be a farmer in Iowa and he was married to this lovely lady named...well now what was her name? Beth. That's it. Well they were married for over 50 years dadgummit which is a long time. One year his second daughter Ethel got horrible bunions and was unable to do any work around the farm which made things tough for the whole family. Now you have to remember Iowa can be kinda cold in the winter and I remember this one time I went to visit them and forgot my dadgum coat. Boy did I shiver!...Anyways, like I was saying cold weather never has suited me and that's on accounta my thin skin. Always needed to be somewhere warm. That's how I come to Florida way back when. Sure wasn't for the beaches. Man I'm scared of the ocean. Especially seaweed. What the hell is that stuff..."
"Um, sir...it's halftime. Did you want to motivate the team"?"
"Halftime? Of what?"
"Our game against Florida."
"Well dadgummit wish someone had told me earlier cause now I'm all tuckered out. If someone could fetch my my blanket I'd like to nap now. All that turkey has made me tired. It has tryptylenol or something like that in it. Weird stuff that turkey."
That's sorta what I imagine their halftime being like.

Verne, "That was ALMOST a forward pass."
As Tebow was 3 yards passed the line of scrimmage.

Heb. 12 1-2
"The verse is from Hebrews chapter 12 verse 12."

I hope Verne ends up with Chucky Weis in the unemployment line.
