Based on how FSU played and won in the 2017 orange bowl against a great Michigan team, don't sleep on the noles, they also got Marvin Wilson.

Besides their best offensive weapon, who else is gone from that team?

Why do people equate bowl performance with the following season expectations

Bama is only favored by 4 points, so Vegas thinks they have a shot. I will probably unload on Bama if the spread stays at 4. Bama will win 34-20.

I'm also surprised that LSU is currently only 8 point favorites against BYU. I thought the spread would be 13.

A loss that early in the year won't matter to either team without at least one more later

OP...get ready for the titty baby TD hall monitors to tell you that you posted this on the wrong board, need to add something like this to satisfy them.

"therefore since LSU also plays Bama this year..."

of course they do. They're a top 5 team and the game is at a neutral site. who wouldn't think they have a strong shot?

If they do (..and I personally think it'll be a tight game), then the rest of the college football world can pack it in for 2017.
