Laugh all you want, but no matter how good you think you are, Alabama, LSU, and Arky are clearly better teams within your own division. You will battle Auburn for 4th place in the West. Assuming you win the games you are supposed to (and that is never a given) you still have the following 6 games left on your schedule:
@Auburn
LSU
@Georgia
South Carolina
Alabama
@ Arkansas
Of those 6, I could easily see 1-5, or 2-4 best case. 8-4 would be a very good season with that schedule.

I just realized that state was awesome. I've finally given in to the realization that state is going to be amazingly good this year. You guys are going to be much more complete than either Bama or LSU.

I have a lot of respect for Aschoff and think he's fairly good at what he does, but I don't expect State to be in the top 3 of the West. We shall see though...
