Ou may be close to getting 2 seed In ncaas. If we beat South Carolina zero doubt . We will prob be a 3 seed . If we beat Texas I think we are in 19 wins and with the elite teams we beat we should be in . If we lose we are out unless we win sec tourney imo.

neither Texas or OU deserve to make it
you will be 6-12 in SEC play if you win
Let some Cinderella chase their dream instead.. even if we are slightly better

I agree that Texsux is horrible and OU is slightly better, but you or OU don't get to decide. What's that we stuff, whatever happens I'll be laughing at you both!

All I can say is that South Carolina fans might want to give their softball team some attention if they didn't notice them already.

Deserves is subjective. Last year most felt we deserved to get in and some cinderella was placed instead.
Why does any team deserve it just because they are so called cinderella? Didn’t all players at every school work equally as hard for a year to make the tourney?
Personally, we lost a key player and likely lose. And if we don’t get in that might help get a new coach. Moser is a likable guy but not a good coach at this level. He should be at a cinderella school not OU.
If we win today I’ll root we make it in. If not I’ll root to get a new coach.

They never quit once behind by 4. And were on the road in front of the largest crowd they’ll experience all year except if they make OKC.
I think this season will be fun and closer in conf than others. OU has a really good team but are lacking the premiere pitching to a small degree. It might develop over the season, they are young. But we’re going to have some losses.
I did like that they got down 5-1 and Patty didn’t panic, shows her experience. And it will help them later in year in close games. Likewise for SC, they got some great experience on the road and almost came back late.

Met some scar fans last night....good folks...they are going in the right direction and went toe to toe with the best and they've got a great coach....they put the ball in play and made things happen....won't be surprised to see them in okc.

im out west so I had to go to dinner before the game finished. Just wanted to say good game OU. yall didnt quit, and we Gamecock fans are happy with the fight. If we take one that is a huge step forward

SC will be in the hunt this year. I haven’t seen your pitching roster and Sun we’ll see. But there be many SEC teams fighting for it this season. Then we’ll have the conf playoffs. Then all the real playoffs.
These teams will all see each other again most likely. If anything it was OU whose players were nervous playing at home. SC hasn’t faced a crowd so large and held it together to make a huge comeback late.
OU does have a young team and Patty let them work through it. She is so good and looks at the long term picture. Had she pulled Deal after a bad inning - where most of that damage was via errors - that woulda hurt get confidence. Patty knows what to do in those situations and would take a loss to help long term.
