Only way to stop it would be the league banning him from the parks, but then it gets on freedom of speech.

That squealing whistle before every pitch is not really a little thing IMO.
I don’t even always notice it but when I do then it’s all I can hear thereafter and I end up wanting to throat punch a puppy.
