This.... Unforunately. I just want us to give Conner the Herschel treatment. And get him. IF we get Conner and a couple other big recruits Next Year is a success.
ATL doesnt need to be our goal for a couple of year, be need to build a team and make a bowl.

A 3-0 start against the cupcakes would be good. They could be midtier in a year or two. I suspect it will be at least that long before the 6 figure SEC wins start accruing, if ever.

I think this is a great way to structure a contract, FWIW.
He doesn't have the resume to deserve the big bucks up front, but if he does win games he'll be making a decent bit of money. I think it's great to give him and his staff incentives like this.
