It is not even close to the same move Cam made. The NCAA never was able to find any verified evidence that Cam got paid. Without that, they couldn't prove his amateurism was given up.
Bowen has sworn FBI affidavits and witnesses talking about him getting paid. His eligibility is gone brother

Not sure what Pearl would have helped him with. Bowen got caught up in a shoe company scandal at Louisville. Pearl/Chuck Person got caught up in a "we're dumbarses" scandal.
Not like Underarmour has the $ to pay recruits right now. Just take a look at their 5 year stock price crashing

South Carolina had nothing to do with Lamont Evans's criminal issues.
