He was off, but to be fair it is one of the hardest songs to sing. Doesn't help that you have 90k drunk fans singing along with you and no instruments backing you to drown them out

Wasn't very good. Whitney Houston's version was best ever and exactly how a powerful, emotion stirring song like that is supposed to be sung. You belt that motherfricker out like there was no tommorrow.

No it isn't. Major key, completely diatonic, does not modulate, not an extended range. He sucked. plain and simple.
